- Suction blower type paper delivering, high energy utilization ratio, good flute shape

- Two pairs of corrugating roller with different flute types - one pair working, while the other pair running idle. Motorized flute shift, quick restart, improve productivity greatly

- Gluing section adopts module design, independent frequency convert driving. Sliding on the rail, hydraulic locking, shorten maintenance time. Pneumatic glue trough moving. With motorized dividing-glue device, easy width adjustment. Glue supply motorize adjustment, digital display

- Circular glue supply, to avoid possible drying up

- With medium spraying device

- Upper and lower corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with heated treatment for hardness HRC56-60

- Frequency conversion motor drive, frequency converting equipment controls accelerate/decelerate to save energy, obligate with communication interface for the future production management. Two sets of independent driving case with universal joint power transmission, to insulate vibration. Immersed / closed gear box lubricating to reduce noise, and to improve running stabilization as well.

- Upper / lower corrugating rollers and pressure roller apply with high-temperature-resist lubrication to keep running smoothly and durably. Centralized manual lubricating system also being equipped.
