Servo Synchronous Control Fixed Unit Flexo Printer & Die Cutter of LX-708-d

Once again, we joint hands with international servo control expert-Bosch Rexroth, and use the synchronized motion technology to supersede traditional long shaft transmission structure to ease feed/ print/ die cutsynchronized, which keep the tolerance of printing accuracy less than 0.02mm. Closed transmission gear box (5 grade accuracy) and planet retarder (3 grade accuracy) ensure the final over print precision within 0.3mm. Lead edge feeding mechanism (multiii-axis synchronous running, individual control, sequence stop) makes feeding length to its utmost, friction resistance to the least, so as to reduce pressures from front feeding rubber roller that will avoid destroy to strengthen of sheet on the surface and possible seepage from the back as well, and to improve feeding precision within 0.6mm. For wider compatibility, we equipped with APEX (Netherlands) ceramic anilox roller that can easily fulfill large block printing while keeps high resolution of 100 DPI at the same plate. AKE (Switzerland) closed chamber doctor blade system to finely control ink transfer at will. General voltage regulator assures the good preformance of Siemens PLC, Yaskawa frequency drives. Air-conditioned electrical board, super gas segregator, guarantees the stable working of all the pneumatic components Orite-easy handle, stable, efficient, precise-is your winning power in the market!

Central control unit

- Central control combines with independent control. Take Pexroth Bosch motion controller as master station, to be distributed through Field Bus to each induvidual station, fulfill I/O port high speed deta communication.

- Ethernet link with interface (touch screen ) to control and adjust working speed, overprint precision (0.01mm), product quantity, order input, saving, reading and running, alarm etc.

- Professional corrugated saft-less transmission controller, through the main electrical cabinet connects each individual servo motor. Siemens PLC controlled individual station, do precise date tracking to pressure, up,down, and axial motion.

- Each station can be operated individually by ELC coder and Yaskawa frequency drives, such as anilox roller up and down, the position adjustment of pressure roller and mould roller. Adustment accuracy reach 0.02mm. so does the ink roller and ink pump of the ink system.

- Remote after service could be the option for this machine.

Feeding Unit

- Servo motion synchronous control and electronic camshaft division technology, fulfills un-interval, succession feeding, and guarantee the long lasting working precision of the lead edge feeding mechanism.

- Features of servo control system (quick react, synchronous run, individual drive) can do  multi-roller running and individual sending, to track the size of sheet and makes feeding length to its utmost, to reduce resistance from the rack, prevent any destroy to paper sheet from rubber roller, and to guarantee feeding precision of 0.6mm as well.

- According to different sheet size, from the button and interface dual controlled panel, automatic adjust and data fix to meet the feeding size.

- High power, big volume vacuum cleaning mechanism can eliminate any dust and improve printing quality.

- Installed with four paper scraps recycling bags to make the environment clean. Create clean, healthy and comfortable working environment.

Printing Unit

- Double servo synchronous, fictitious main shaft (precision less than 0.02mm) controls individually the plate roller, ink roller, pressure roller, and the transporting rack. Closed transmission gear box (5 grade accuracy) and planet retarder (3 grade accuracy) ensure the final over print precision within 0.3mm.

- Quick order shifting mechanism, with intelligentize phase and axial dual adjust function, makes hanging of print plate easy and quick.

- All the rollers are made of high quality allowy steel with finely grinding and chromium and dynamitic and static balance correction to make the machine run steadily.

- Foldable transporting rack, safe and easy to operate.

- Inked anilox roller synchronous up and down, to automatically follow up feeding positon to keep seet with high quality and protect the printing plate.

- 5.7 inch  touch screen in each unit, adjust printing position up to 0.01mm, ELCO coder and YASKAWA frequency drives adjust axial movement of ink roller, pressure rolller, and plate up to 0.02mm precision.

- APO diaphragm pump, and ink pumping imp. / exp.auto exchange device developed by our company, create a closed circuit of ink supplying and returning with least volatilization and color changing.

- Servo controlled printing plate roller has intellgentize auto positioning and resetting afer cleaning ( with 0 tolerances).

- High DPI ceramic anilox roller combined with closed chamber doctor blade system to effect 80 -100 DPI high quality printing easily. APEX ceramic anilox can do large block and high DPI printing simultaneously.

Die Cutter Unit

- Double servo synchronous, fictitious main shaft (precision less than 0.02mm) controls individually the mould roller, anvil roller.

- Closed transmission gear box (5 grade accuracy ) and planet retarder (3 grade accuracy) ensure the final die cutting precision within 0.3mm.

- Automatic tracking and control the close and release motion of mould roller and anvil roller, in correspondence with feeding of paper sheet, protect the anvil cover and reduce waste of paperboard as well.

- Servo driver individually controlled anvil can keep linear velocity even, and can also do data modification on the touch screen according to the wear of anvil cover and final die cutting size

-5.7 inch color touch screen facilitate data  setting to adjust die cutting position up to 0.01mm. Decelerating mechanism equipped with ELCO coder and Yaskawa  frequency drives effects data precise adjustment ( up to 0.02mm fully automatic) to pressure of die cutting and the axial positon of mould roller.

- Optimize designed, lubricating free, closed displacement device of anvil roller can automatically tracking displacement upon running, depollute other component.

- Urethane (rubber) cover correction device prolong the working life of anvil roller.
