Control Unit

l       Computer centralized control, Rexroth Bosch Group servo drivers

l       All position adjustments controlled by PLC, encoder tracking

l       Each unit equipped with man-machine interface, easy to operate, accurate on adjustment.

Feeding Unit

l       Apply lead edge paper feeding patent technology, feed all types of corrugated paper board accurately and speedily

l       Paper feeding servo motor drive double rubber roller, without transmission mechanical error

l       Upper roller is wrapped with wearable rubber, air pressure adjustment function to prevent cardboard from deformation, and to keep feeding accurate

l       Vacuum lead edge feeding, air volume, air pressure adjustable to fit paper size

l       De-dust device removes dust and dirt from printing surface, and enhance printing quality

l       No backlash transmission technology, reduce transmission error to the minimum

l       No need self-circulating lubrication system, achieve environment friendly production

Printing Unit

l       Forme roller and pressure roller made of high quality alloy steel, with grinded and chrome plated surface

l       Forme changing both foot switch, and/or PLC panel control (forward / backward run)

l       Anilox roller auto lifting synchronous with paper feeding system (In feeding anilox roller press down whereas in stop, it release)

l       Printing phase automatic adjustment by man-machine interface and servo drive

l       Forme roller intelligent zero returning, short cut resetting under dynamic and static condition

l       Ceramic anilox rollers, enclosed chamber doctor blade system, achieve 80-90 lines quality printing

l       AC servo control, peristaltic pump ink supplying and spreading, quick, economy, easy cleaning.

Stacking Unit

l       Connection arm can be operated manually or automatically

l       Tension of the driving belt of connection arm can be adjusted alone; Number of connection arms can be set at will

l       Stacking height: 1600 mm

l       Platform elevation and transmission motor has braking function, to prevent from down-slipping

l       A pneumatic controlled plate will pop-up to hold the coming substrate when the pre-set height reached

l       Anti slipping belt used in the transport bed, flexo printing machine
