LX-107 Automatic flexo printing slotting machine
Main functions:
l Chain feeding in transverse direction; printing, scoring, slotting, trimming and corner cutting can be achieved simultaneously
l Automatic counting device
l Working units pneumatic locking; each unit motorize close and open (on the rail)
l Transmission gears are made of high quality steel under accurate treatment. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reduce noise and prolong the service life
l Synchronous with feeding system, the anilox roller pneumatic control press and release. Self-circulating ink supply system keep the rubber roller idle running at operation pause to prevent the ink from drying
l Printing and slotting phase adjustment, with harmonic device and transducer control, dynamic and static 360 degree adjustment.
l Changing of forme foot switch control, easy and quick
l Manual control of printing cylinder transverse register (20 mm)
