LX307 Automatic Flexo Printing slotting and die cutting machine
Main functions:
l Touch screen and electric control dual system.
l High quality materials and fittings
l All transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi) grinded under high temperature with hardness HRC58-62
l CAPT-LOCKS union link to reduce the connect interval and keep long lasting overprint precision
l Functions of intelligent zero returning and memory reset,Suitable for Biga and Small size carton
l The transmission system adopts two oil pumps circulating lubrication
Feeding Unit.
l Back-pushing suck blower feeding system (Lead edge feeder is option),Continuous or skip feeding, with counter device, Feeding guide rail use linear bearing to make smooth feeding, Synchronous working of automatic feeding and anilox roller to reduce waste, Equipped with dust suck removing machine, to improve printing quality
Printing Unit
l Forme roller and pressure roller are made of high quality steel, with grinded and chrome plated surface, Dynamic and static balancing make steadily running, Hanging forme, make installation easy and quick, Forme changing both foot switch, and/or electric control (forward / backward run), Anilox roller auto lifting device synchronous working with paper feeding system (In feeding, anilox roller pressed whereas in stop, it released)
l Planetary gear phasing structure
l Printing phase automatic 360 degree adjust by PLC, touch screen and motorized digital control. Forme roller intelligent zero returning, short cut resetting under dynamic and static condition
l Motorized adjusts digital display the transversal position of the forme roller, up to 20 mm
l Electromagnetic clutch printing phase braking mechanism. During the machine unit being clutch off or at phase adjusting, the braking mechanism stops running of machine unit and keeps the primary printing position
Die Cutting Unit
l Anvil roller and mould roller adopts high-grade steel with finely reground and chrome plated surface. Dynamic balancing correction enhances running stability
l Mould roller and anvil roller can be apart by the air cylinder eccentric mechanism during non-working condition in order to decrease the load of the machine and to prolong the life of the cutting mould and urethane rubber
l Mechanical drive anvil roller transverse moves up to ±30mm, and installed with radial differential device, evenly spread/distribute abrasion to improve the life of anvil roller
l No matter how vary the diameter of anvil roller, unique speed difference compensation device makes the anvil roller slide together with mould roller so that the surface speed of anvil roller complies with it of the mould roller, to make a perfect die cutting
Slotting Unit
l Pre-scoring wheel: Pre-scored paperboard will not crush
l Upper scoring wheel coated by polyurethane to avoid possible crush on the paperboard
l Transverse movement of scoring wheel, doctor wheel and slotting head controlled by motorized button control, easy and quick
l 7 mm thick slotting knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and finely ground, sharpened endurable teeth
l Bi-plate trimming knives with sharpened, endurable teeth
l Planetary gear slot phasing structure
l Aluminium hand hole punch device
Stacking Unit
l Connection arm has manual and automatic operation methods
l Tension of the driving belt of connection arm can be adjusted alone; quantity of connection arms can be set at will
l Stacking height: 1600 mm
l Platform elevation and transmission motor has braking function, to prevent from down-slipping
l A pneumatic controlled plate will pop-up to hold the coming substrate when the pre-set height reached
l Anti slipping belt used in the transport bed
